This newly released Estate Pinot Noir Rosé wasn't planned, it was a harvest decision. The winemaking team looked at the rows of Pinot grapes set aside for their traditional method sparkling wine program and wondered about leaving some of that quality fruit for another few weeks. This enjoyable small batch Rosé is the result. Fermented in older barrels that were used previously for Chardonnay, this has wonderful texture, tension and intensity. It's a serious, dry Rosé that’s fresh, mouthwatering and complex. It's a terrific pink wine that's tailor made for Niçoise salad. 60 cases. Highly Recommended. (91/100)
