Quails’ Gate’s flagship Pinot Noir comes from older vines (more than 20 years old) on the Mount Boucherie Bench. The 2016 bottling is a ripe and supple Pinot with a silky-smooth texture and impressive structure that makes it truly stand out. The fruit was hand-harvested and underwent spontaneous fermentation before being pressed and aged 10 months in French oak.
