Grapes for the 2016 Eden Valley Riesling were harvested from Feb. 11 to March 11, a longer window than usual thanks to higher than average diurnal variation that allowed extended hang time. The result is a textbook model of Pewsey Vale, with terrific aromatic/flavour intensity, herbal and floral complexity and a juicy acidity that suggests a long life ahead. Drink now to 2028.
